These terms apply to the King of Madurai mobile app, website, and supporting service operated by Digitalgrub. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

City information service

King of Madurai provides local summaries, events, guides, weather, civic information, source links, and related city information. Content is provided for general informational purposes and may be corrected, updated, delayed, or removed.

Accuracy and source timing

We work to identify sources and present useful information, but we cannot guarantee that every item is complete, current, or error-free. Confirm time-sensitive details such as event schedules, prices, travel conditions, office notices, and venue availability with the linked source or responsible organization.

Emergencies

Do not rely on King of Madurai as an emergency, medical, legal, safety, or disaster-warning service. Contact the appropriate emergency service or public authority when immediate assistance is required.

Price and access

King of Madurai is free to download and use, with no in-app purchases. You get a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app, subject to the terms of the App Store or Google Play you downloaded it from. Earlier App Store purchases, refunds, and purchase-history questions are handled through Apple.

Classifieds

You may post a listing only for a genuine offer in or around Madurai that you are entitled to make. You are responsible for your listing and for any dealings with people who contact you. Digitalgrub is not a party to any transaction and does not verify sellers, buyers, items, property, or prices. Listings must not ask for payment before the place or item has been seen, must not restrict who may respond by caste, religion, or community, and must not contain other contact details, links, or anything unlawful, misleading, or offensive. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users: such listings are refused or removed, and we may stop anyone who posts them from posting again. Use Report on a listing to tell us about one, or Hide this seller to stop seeing their listings.

Listings are checked before they appear and may be refused, hidden, or removed, and posting may be limited, at our discretion. By posting, you allow us to show your listing, including your name and number, in the app, and to show it without your number on our website when it is shared. Never pay money in advance for something you have not seen.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, overload or probe its systems, use automated means to extract substantial portions of its content, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully.

Content and third-party services

King of Madurai branding, original summaries, organization, and app software belong to Digitalgrub or its licensors. Names, source material, and linked content may belong to their respective owners. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms.

Service changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest published version.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy. Digitalgrub is not responsible for decisions made solely from an outdated item, a third-party service, or use contrary to these terms.
